Crater View Land Project
This project is located 1 kilometre off the Mai Mahiu – Naivasha road and is in close proximity to the KHCS Naivasha phase IV land project. The project is also near the Standard Gauge Railway Project being undertaken by the Government of Kenya; and overlooks the proposed Naivasha Longonot Gate Housing Development. KHCS will be offering the following amenities to the investors who purchase plots in this project: a) All roads within the project land leading to each plot will be upgraded to murram all-weather roads. b) The outer perimeter of the entire project land will be fenced. A total of 24 one-eighth acre plots are available for sale. Repayment Terms: 1. A project registration fee of Kes. 2,500 per plot. 2. Payment of an Initial Minimum Deposit of Kes. 50,000/- 3. Remaining balance can be paid upto nine months. Cash buyers will be awarded a Kes. 15,000/- discount.
