Have you ever wondered what happens after Kanisa Housing Cooperative Society has sold off a housing land project?
The primary goal of Kanisa Housing is to provide housing for its members. Among its objectives therefore is to provide land investment opportunities whereupon purchase, a member can put up own residential home or houses for rental. Towards the goal of providing houses, to date Kanisa Housing has sold out over 600 plots of land through several land projects in the environs of Nairobi and in Naivasha.
When a project is fully subscribed, titles are processed and investors are issued with their own title deeds. This marks a significant point in marking the successful end of a long arduous journey of providing land investment for members. The focus now shifts from Kanisa Housing to the individual investors who now take full control of their investments and are expected to steer forward the development of their plots.
