Financial Year 2018 Annual General Meeting

The 9th Annual General Meeting of the Kanisa Housing Cooperative Society Limited will take place on Saturday April 13, 2019 at the Desmond Tutu Conference Centre. This is in the compound of the All Africa Conference of Churches located on Waiyaki Way, Church Road stage which is opposite the Safaricom Building. All registered members are requested to attend and be seated at 8am.

The AGM is the supreme decision-making organ of the Society and among other business the AGM's agenda includes:

* Review of the peformance of the Society in 2018

* Audited Financial report sharing

* Presentation of Supervisory Committee's report

* Presentation of the Resolutions

* Elections, among other business

Every memmber has a right to attend, contribute to discussions and to vote on matters before the AGM.

Please note that as by the Society''s By-Laws penalties are charged for lateness and non attendance.
